March always feels like a dark and dreary month, so I look forward to St. Patrick’s Day baking to brighten up the mood.

(I didn’t have a lot of green sprinkles on hand, but I did have a box of Lucky Charms cereal that I had used to make the Lucky Charms Bark so I used the marshmallows in the cereal on the fudge.
It was a total hit at my house! What kids don’t love St. Patrick Day Desserts!)

These were so EASY to make!
If you are pressed for time and need to make something green I recommend these. They took no more than 6 or 7 minutes.
If you melted the candy in the microwave they could be made in less time.
